If your item is faulty, not as described, or damaged, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
• We may ask for photos of the fault.
• If approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Change of Mind & Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases. This means you can change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
However, please note:
The right to cancel does not apply to hygiene-sensitive and custom made goods once they have been unsealed or used, for example self care parcels and personalised ribbons.
• You must notify us in writing (email is fine) within 14 days of receiving your goods.
• You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
• The goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
• You are responsible for the cost of return postage.
• There will be an administration free of 2.5% of the amount sale price (this is a processing fee that the merchant takes automatically).
• Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Exemptions
The right to cancel does not apply to:
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
• Custom-made or personalised items.
• Items that have been used, unsealed (for hygiene reasons), or damaged after delivery.
